Nature of case
This case addressed the question whether a second adjudication commenced by the contractor on a loss and expense claim was the same dispute as that decided under an earlier adjudication between the parties.  The court held that in circumstances where the second adjudication did address the same dispute, the adjudicator would have no jurisdiction in the second adjudication and would be obliged to resign.
