Nature of case
Acted for the defendant in a two week trial of preliminary
issues arising out of a £4m partnership dispute. The issues related
to each partner’s interest in partnership properties across London
and whether the claimant had compromised his claim by an earlier
agreement to take an interest in only three properties.
