William Verry Ltd v NW London Communal Mikvah
[2004]
BLR 308 and [2004] 96 Con LR 96
Nature of case
This concerns time-limits. Referral to the adjudicator
within seven days means from the date the notice was issued, not
from the date of service. However, the referring party could
by contract be allowed to take longer. The adjudicator was
held to have erred in deciding that he was precluded from
re-valuation of the work.
