It is therefore critical to shape an overall strategy for a dispute from the outset, and this will require careful and active consideration of both when and how ADR should be deployed to achieve the best outcome. ADR commonly takes the form of mediation, and members of Keating Chambers have vast experience of dealing with all types of dispute, whether modest or substantial, in this forum.
